PSG's Senny Mayulu Injured While Playing for France U21
Senny Mayulu, the 20-year-old Paris Saint-Germain talent, picked up an injury while representing France's under-21 team. Despite Gérald Baticle's squad securing a 2-0 win over Estonia on Tuesday, the match saw a couple of players sidelined due to injuries.
The most concerning was Ethan Mbappé, who had to be stretchered off early in the game with an ankle injury, raising worries for the Lille OSC midfielder. Later, Mayulu also left the field injured, casting doubt on his availability during the international break.
The PSG academy graduate exited just before halftime after experiencing pain in his left thigh. Baticle confirmed the substitution was made as a precaution to avoid further harm. So far this season, Mayulu has appeared sparingly for Les Parisiens, featuring in only four matches across all competitions and missing out on several matchday squads.
