Arteta ready to shuffle a loaded pack

That all points to Ezri Konsa continuing alongside Gabriel, just as he did in the win over Chelsea. The pair looked assured there, and continuity in the heart of defence will appeal in a hostile away environment.
If Arteta is to tweak anything, it is most likely to be at left-back. Riccardo Calafiori has been outstanding in the early weeks of the season, a driving force from deep and a key part of Arsenal’s build-up. But his Arsenal career has already been punctured by injury issues, and the staff know they cannot simply run him into the ground.

That is where Piero Hincapie comes in. He was the only defender named on the bench against Chelsea and stands as the obvious candidate to step into the starting XI in Naples. With Saliba out, Timber still waiting and Mosquera uncertain, Hincapie’s versatility and freshness could be decisive.
