PSG Offer €50 Million to Barcelona for Ferran Torres

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly put forward a €50 million offer to FC Barcelona as they aim to sign Ferran Torres, 26, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano. The discussions between PSG and Barcelona are said to be in their final phase, with a verbal agreement between the Parisian club and the Spanish forward close to completion.

The striker, who scored the only goal in the last World Cup final, is expected to join the French side soon. This move would reunite him with Luis Enrique, the coach under whom he has played for Spain.

Ferran Torres’ Career at Barcelona

Torres has spent four years at Barcelona after transferring from Manchester City. Over this period, he has appeared in more than 200 games across all competitions and netted 65 goals. Last season alone, he made 49 appearances but reportedly wants a larger role within a top-tier team, which may have driven his decision to leave Catalonia.
