Girona FC Extends Partnership with Marlex Through 2026/27

Girona FC have secured a key piece of their off-pitch project, tying down Human Resources firm Marlex to an extended partnership that will run through the 2026/27 season.

The agreement keeps Marlex firmly embedded in the club’s visual identity. The company will remain on the back of the first team shirt and continue its presence in youth football, a visibility that has grown steadily since the relationship began in the 2023/24 campaign. For Girona, it is not just another logo. It is a statement that one of the region’s major companies is staying on board for the next phase of the club’s journey.

“We are very pleased that Marlex continues to stand by us for another season. Their confidence in the project demonstrates the strength of the relationship we have built over the years and allows us to keep moving forward with the support of companies that share our values and our way of understanding the Club's growth,”

— Club president Delfí Geli

That alignment of values is at the heart of the deal. Founded in 1996, Marlex has grown into a leading Human Resources services firm, with nearly three decades of experience and a network of more than 80 offices across the peninsula. The company highlights attitude, commitment and teamwork as its core principles — the same traits Girona FC have tried to project on and off the pitch. Season after season, that shared ethos has deepened the trust between the two.

“As a company from Girona, continuing alongside Girona FC is a testament to our commitment to the Club and the city that has seen us born and grow. We are starting a new season where it will be necessary to stay united to make the Club's return to the first division possible. Now more than ever, orgull gironí,”

— CEO Àlex Sanabras

The message is clear. As Girona FC chase a return to the top flight, they will do so backed by a hometown partner determined to grow with them, shoulder to shoulder with the club and the city that shaped it.
