2027 UEFA Champions League Final to be Held at Estadio Metropolitano, Madrid
The 2026/27 UEFA Champions League final is scheduled for Saturday, 5 June 2027, and will take place at Atlético de Madrid's Estadio Metropolitano.
Venue History and Location
This event marks the second time the Estadio Metropolitano hosts the Champions League final. It previously held the 2019 final when Liverpool defeated Tottenham 2-0. The stadium has been Atlético de Madrid’s home ground since 2017 and is situated in the Rosas neighbourhood of Madrid.
Madrid will host its sixth European club competition final with this game, second only to London. The iconic Estadio Santiago Bernabéu hosted finals in 1957, 1969, 1980, and 2010.

The 2027 final concludes the 72nd season of Europe's top club tournament and the 35th under the UEFA Champions League name. If the match is tied after regular time, two 15-minute periods of extra time will be played. Should the deadlock persist, a penalty shoot-out will decide the winner.
