Pedro Neto has emerged as one of the late-storylines of the window, with four Premier League clubs circling and Manchester City among the suitors.

The 26-year-old Portugal winger is no longer considered one of Chelsea’s “untouchables” at Stamford Bridge, leaving the door open to a move before the deadline if a club is willing to pay.
