Celtic Launch League Cup Campaign Under Martin O’Neill

Martin O’Neill is back on the touchline tonight as Celtic launch their League Cup campaign away to Dundee United – and he has wasted no time freshening up a winning team.

Fresh from a 5-1 demolition of Kilmarnock in the SPFL last weekend, O’Neill has made four changes for the tie at Tannadice, with Liam Scales, Sebastian Tounekti, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Colby Donovan all drafted into the starting XI.

Arne Engels, Alistair Johnston, Kieran Tierney and Yang drop out from last week’s line-up, while the bench carries a distinctly new look of its own. New Bhoys Haissem and Hassan are both involved among the substitutes, joined by Mika Baur, who completed his move to the champions during the week.
