This method rates teams on league performance, division strength, country rankings, and continental competition, creating a global comparison. Here's how the current rankings stack up, highlighting performances and reasons behind each placement.

Teams Ranked 30th to 21st

The list starts with Tottenham Hotspur at 30th, despite barely escaping relegation from the Premier League. They trail closely behind Juventus (29th) and Everton (28th). In 27th place sits Portuguese champions FC Porto, tied with Napoli and Crystal Palace at 25th, all rated 90.5.

Napoli parted ways with Antonio Conte after failing to defend their Serie A crown. Crystal Palace enjoy their peak era, having won the UEFA Conference League recently. Fulham ranks 24th after another stable season, with Roma, Club Brugge, and Bayer Leverkusen rounding out this bracket.
